This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount.
You outsource the selection process to us on an exclusive basis. We meet your hiring team to assess your needs, we map the market for targets, submit our recruiting plan to you, and systematically execute the plan. Then, we値l refer a slate of finalists to you within 30 days with our recommendations, repeat once if necessary, and assist you in the hiring process. Fee is computed as 33% of realistic first-year compensation.
You pay one-third now, then a progress payment of one-third when we refer a slate of candidates, and the remainder when your new employee begins work. Expenses, such as advertising and travel, are additional.

Engagement:
This plan works well if you have more than one job to fill謡e値l base your initial payment on only one project, and open multiple assignments for you.
Then, we値l apply your initial payment within 6 months to whichever job we fill first.
We recruit and refer candidates, and provide interview, debriefing and negotiating assistance throughout the hiring process. Fee is computed at 24% of realistic first-year compensation.
You pay one-third now. When our candidate begins employment, the remainder is due.
However, if you fill the position(s) through another source, we'll maintain your initial payment as a non-refundable credit for 6 months.

Incremental:
Smaller payments in steps, to ease your cash flow!
We recruit and refer candidates, and provide interview, debriefing and negotiating assistance throughout the hiring process. Fee is 20% of realistic first-year compensation, as follows:
We earn a non-cancelable fee of 5% when we refer our first candidate.
We値l continue our recruiting process for 30 days, and refer additional candidates.
We earn a second 5% increment once, when you meet any of our candidates in person or on video, and we earn the remainder when one of our candidates begins employment.

Pay us 6% of realistic first-year compensation now, and we値l refer our top 3 to 5 candidates from our current file. If you hire someone we致e submitted, a fee of 16% of realistic first-year compensation, minus your initial payment, is due at start of employment.
