Smaller companies hold the line in healthcare coverage
Survey From PackagingPeople by Gros Executive Recruiters
Reveals Larger Companies cutting back
Brentwood, TN – A recent survey from PackagingPeople by
Gros Executive Recruiters revealed that the highest number of
companies reporting 100% medical insurance cost coverage are
not larger companies, but instead are in the 26-99
employee size group (31%), followed by the 100-249 employee
size (23%).
In fact, according to the survey, the companies offering greater
medical insurance benefits are those with 100-249 employees,
followed by 26-99 employees, followed by 250-499 employees.
“Studying the survey results, it appears that larger companies
in the packaging industry are scaling back employee healthcare
benefits. Smaller companies haven’t yet seen the trend,” explains
Dennis Gros, president of Gros Executive Recruiters. “We plan
additional research to delve deeper.”
